- Bread rolls, pretzels, wholewheat bread, croissants, Danish pastries, gluten-free bread variations, and more

- Selection of sweet & spicy spreads
- Muesli & cereals corner, also gluten-free cereals
- Dairy products such as hay milk, yoghurt, butter, soft cheese, quark etc. from regional producers
- Selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, veal sausage (weisswurst), meatballs and more at the buffet
- Egg variations such as omelet, poached egg, fried egg, etc. can be ordered à la carte and are served at the table (for free).
- Separate buffet area for veggies & vegans: Cereal selection, almond and soy milk, fruits & vegetables, smoothies
