With us your holiday does not begin at check-in, but already on arrival in Oberstdorf. If you arrive by train, we will pick you up at the train station free of charge. This is how you can get to the Exquisit quickly and comfortably.

On the day of arrival, your room is ready for occupancy from 4 pm. On the day of departure it is available until 12 o'clock. You can settle your bill in cash or by ATM card and credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

is staffed daily from 7 am to 10 pm and not only takes care of check-in and check-out, but also answers your questions, organizes tickets for events or helps you out with stamps, toothbrushes or other trivial matters.

You will find parking space in our underground car park (price on request).
Alternatively, there is a limited number of outdoor parking spaces with e-charging stations (reservation ist not possible).

You can cancel your room reservation up to 6 weeks before your arrival free of charge.

If canceled later or in case of early departure, up to 50% - 80% cancellation costs will apply.

All suites are equipped with sofa beds, where your children can sleep comfortably. 0 – 5 years free (children's bed). Further reductions on request.

For holidays with your four-legged friend, individual rooms are available in selected categories. Price on request. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the atrium, spa, bar and restaurant.

Please let us know your needs so that we can optimally prepare your stay. On pre-order we serve you lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan dishes. We also have special allergy beds.
