Modern event premises
Two beautiful rooms are available for your conference or company celebration. The conference room Nebelhorn is equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology and offers 82m² of space for up to 36 people (in chair rows). The bright room on the first floor is perfect for meetings, seminars or training sessions. We will adapt the seating according to your individual wishes:
- Rows of chairs (approx. 36 persons)
- Plenary or parliamentary seating
(approx. 24–30 persons) - Block or U-shape (approx. 24 persons)

Larger events in the Prinzensaal
Our elegant Prinzensaal with 122m² can accommodate up to 60 people. Highlight are the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow an unforgettable panoramic view of the Southern Alps. In addition, from the Prinzensaal you can go straight to the sun terrace and use this sunny spot for a reception or creative breaks. For the Prinzensaal there are also different seating options available, tailored to your event. We are happy to inform you on request.
All-round service: The Exquisit Conference Packages
We are happy to offer you an "all-round carefree service" for your conference. The reception team will advise and assist you in the planning and implementation of the event. We will prepare individual suggestions for food and beverage selection, decoration, room reservations for your guests and more – and all this with the usual hospitable service. Choose between two conference packages. By less then 10 persons we will charge an additional fee for the room.
Exquisit Conference Package half day
- All hot beverages such as coffee and tea
- Soft drinks
- 1 Coffee break with fruits, yoghurt and cookies
- Lunch with a small appetizer buffet and main course at the chef's choice
- Meeting room with technology such as projector, flip chart, presenter case, pad, pens
at the price of Euro 85,00 per person
Exquisit Conference Package full day
- All hot beverages such as coffee and tea
- Soft drinks
- 2 Coffee breaks with fruits, yoghurt and cookies
- Lunch with a small appetizer buffet and main course at the chef's choice
- Meeting room with technology such as projector, flip chart, presenter case, pad, pens
at the price of Euro 105,00 per person
Exquisit Business Dinner
Our head chef Frank Aldinger creates an excellent 5-course gourmet menu every evening. We would be happy to reserve a table for you and your team in our restaurant.
For guests who also stay overnight in our hotel, we charge € 55.00 per person for the evening menu from Friday to Wednesday, for external guests (without staying overnight in the house) € 79.00 per person.
